We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time through our support channel. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alphixx Inc is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
